This film is about a British man named Charles who happens to attend weddings but never seems to decide to get married himself. He usually attends weddings with his friends "and as such, each, with the exception of gay couple Gareth and Matthew, is looking for love" (imdb). Charles meets an American women named Carrie in a wedding, they spend time together but she leaves back to the U.S. They do not see each other again untill they meet at a wedding once again, and they keep meeting at weddings and a funeral. Charles believes she is the one he could get married to but destiny is not on his side.
